Rodrigo Pino-Noriega appeals his conviction for importation of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 952, and 960. He claims that he was denied his right to testify in his own defense, that the district court improperly admitted lay opinion testimony as to whether his post-arrest statements "made sense," and that the district court improperly allowed the prosecution to present testimony...
