OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Petitioners DeRosa and Thomas were convicted of driving while under the influence (DUI) following separate trials in the municipal courts. Having exhausted available legal remedies, petitioners seek extraordinary relief from this court by writ of certiorari.1 We consolidate these matters for disposition. See NRAP 3(b).
