Rick Medrano, Cain Medrano, and Jacob Medrano ("Medranos") appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of the City of Pearsall ("City") based on the City's immunity defense. The Medranos contend that the trial court erred in granting the summary judgment because immunity was waived based on the use or misuse of non-defective tangible personal property.1 We overrule this contention and affirm...
