ABRAMS, J.
The defendant, John A. Scott, appeals from convictions of murder in the first degree on the theory of felony-murder and unarmed robbery. He also appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial. The defendant's principal contentions are that the judge erroneously instructed the jury on felony-murder, and that defense counsel provided ineffective assistance.
