¶ 1 Ronald Clark appeals from the judgment and sentence entered by the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, on his convictions for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, and failure of duty upon striking an unattended vehicle.
