A McCracken Circuit Court jury returned verdicts in this products liability action in favor of Appellee Carl Golightly against Appellant Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation (OCF) in the sums of $290,000.00 for compensatory damages and $435,000.00 for punitive damages.
