This is an appeal from an order of the Franklin County Chancery Court dismissing the appellants' action for lack of standing. Specifically, the appellants challenge the chancery court's finding that a judgment debtor has no standing to sue a noncomplying sheriff under the provisions of Ark.Code Ann. § 16-66-118 (1987).
