Doniece H. Wiggins (Wiggins) appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of Thomas S. Overstreet (Steve). Wiggins sued Steve for construction defects in her townhome alleging Steve built the townhome and breached his implied warranties of workmanship and habitability.
