Appellants, owners of several Popeyes Fried Chicken franchises in Detroit, Michigan, appeal from the district court's summary judgment order dismissing their claims against America's Favorite Chicken ("AFC") and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC"). We affirm.
