This case arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on Old Minden Road in Bossier City. The case was tried to a jury to whom written interrogatories were presented at the conclusion of the trial. The jury panel's answers to the interrogatories were inconsistent regarding the plaintiff's fault as it related to the cause of the accident. The trial court, however, failed to comply with La.
