MOORE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, in the above-captioned case, has sued Defendants, asserting that they have violated various non-competition and non-disclosure covenants agreed to among the parties. Defendants have filed a Motion for Summary Judgment while Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. For the reasons and to the extent stated below, Defendants' motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART
