Plaintiff appeals the grant of summary judgment of his Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") claim. The district court held that Plaintiff failed to establish that he is an "otherwise qualified individual" within the meaning of the ADA: he was employed by Defendant as a supervisor and was no longer able to supervise.
