Robert E. Weinreich appeals from the district court's judgment, after a bench trial, in favor of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). We affirm the district court's judgment that the MTA did not discriminate against Weinreich on the basis of his disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990(ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation...
