The appellee, Andrew Willgruber, was employed by the appellant, the Kroger Company. After 32 years of employment, Willgruber was fired. He brought suit in the Warren Circuit Court. At the conclusion of a trial by jury, judgment was entered in the collective sum of $750,400.00 for his claim of breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress and punitive damages.
