This appeal arises out of proceedings following our remand in Bauer v. Waste Management of Connecticut, Inc., 234 Conn. 221, 662 A.2d 1179 (1995). In Bauer, we upheld the validity of a New Milford zoning regulation limiting the maximum height of a landfill to ninety feet.
