Appellant Richard Jacques ("Jacques"), a person with epilepsy, brought suit against Appellee Clean-Up Group, Inc. ("the Group") seeking damages under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("the ADA" or "the Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. The jury returned a verdict in favor the Group and, subsequently, the district court denied Jacques' motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 50 and upheld...
