The debtor-appellant, FedPak Systems, Inc. ("FedPak"), challenges the district court's decision to vacate an order of the bankruptcy court for lack of jurisdiction. We hold that because FedPak did not have standing to seek the order, the bankruptcy court lacked jurisdiction as a matter of constitutional law.
