PER CURIAM.

A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved the findings of a hearing board, but modified the board's recommendation that the respondent be suspended for six months to a recommendation of suspension for one year and one day. Both the respondent and the assistant disciplinary counsel have excepted to the panel's recommendation. We accept the hearing panel's recommendation and order that the respondent be suspended from the practice...
