Plaintiffs brought this class action on behalf of all owners and lessees of the Suzuki Samurai, to recover for alleged breaches of warranty, fraud, violation of consumer protection statutes, misrepresentation, and negligent failure to recall. The circuit court dismissed plaintiffs' amended complaint, second amended complaint, and third amended complaint pursuant to section 2-615 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure...
