This is an appeal from the Superior Court's dismissal of a mechanic's lien action that the plaintiff-appellant, Builders' Choice, Inc. ("Builders' Choice"), filed against the defendant-appellees, Mark A. Venzon and Lisa M. Venzon ("Venzon"), and D. Richardson Builders, Inc.
