Ronald Lambert appeals the dismissal of his Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA") suit. The district court dismissed Lambert's suit as untimely under the FTCA's six-month statute of limitations. 28 U.S.C. § 2401(b). The central issue presented on appeal is whether Lambert can rely on the doctrine of equitable tolling to preserve his FTCA claim.
