This diversity case arises out of a dispute between William C. Davis and his former attorney and business partner Ernest L. Parker, over the ownership of twenty-five percent of the stock of Campbell Wells Corporation and a related partnership, CAMPCO-1985 (collectively, "Campbell Wells"). The district court granted Parker's motion for summary judgment and dismissed all of Davis' claims against Parker on the grounds that they were prescribed...
