This case arises out of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Covington Landing Limited Partnership (the "partnership"), the entity that operates vessels on the riverfront in Covington, Kentucky, which house restaurants, bars and retail shops. The premises on which these facilities are located have been leased from the City of Covington since 1988.
