Tommy Sands Groover petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(9), Fla. Const.

Groover was convicted of three counts of first-degree murder and was sentenced to death on two counts and to life imprisonment on the remaining count. On appeal, this Court affirmed the convictions and sentences. Groover v. State, 458 So.2d 226 (Fla. 1984), cert. denied,
