CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County denying appellant Viola Kohlman's (Kohlman) motion to strike a judgment of non pros. We affirm the order of the trial court, but remand the case so that Kohlman may refile her petition to strike the judgment.
