This appeal arises from the district court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's judgment in an adversary proceeding in the underlying bankruptcy.1 Plaintiff was appointed trustee in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding and, in that capacity, brought an adversary proceeding seeking to recoup monies conveyed in an allegedly fraudulent transfer.
