INTRODUCTION

TWA filed its Chapter 11 petition on January 31, 1992. TWA served as debtor-in-possession during the entire case, and its second amended plan of reorganization (the "Plan") was confirmed on August 11, 1993, effective November 3, 1993. TWA commenced this adversary proceeding on March 10, 1992 (the "Adversary Proceeding"). On June 23, 1992, the Court authorized the Official Unsecured Creditors...
