Dr. Aldemir Coehlo, M.D. ("Dr. Coehlo") filed an employment discrimination charge against St. Luke's Medical Center ("St. Luke's") after St. Luke's suspended his medical staff privileges because he refused to submit his surgical cases to a medical staff peer review committee.
