The dispositive issue in this products liability appeal is whether the evidence before the trial court raised a genuine issue of material fact regarding whether the conduct of the manufacturer defendant, Coleman Company, Inc. (Coleman), was the proximate cause of the named plaintiff's injuries. We conclude that no genuine issue of material fact existed and that the trial court, therefore, properly granted Coleman's motion for summary judgment. Accordingly...
