Before the Court are plaintiff's Motion to Remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447 and defendants' Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).1 In the underlying matter, originally filed in state court, plaintiff pleads 20 causes of action, including the Sixth Cause of Action for copyright infringement under state law.
