The Warshawsky brothers, Leroy, Ira, and Ted, appeal their convictions and sentences for conspiring to transport stolen auto parts, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314.1 All three brothers contend on appeal that their conspiracy convictions cannot be sustained since most of the "stolen" property they purchased was not actually stolen...
