This is an appeal from the imposition of the death penalty in the Superior Court. The appellant, Robert W. Jackson, III ("Jackson"), was convicted of two counts of Murder First Degree, Burglary Second Degree, Conspiracy Second Degree, Robbery First Degree, and three counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony.
