Plaintiff, Zimmerman Group, Inc. (Zimmerman) was hired by defendant Fairmont Foods of Minnesota, Inc. (Fairmont) in the summer of 1993 to create advertising and marketing materials for a new food line, Linda McCartney's Vegetarian Foods.
