We grant the motion for rehearing, withdraw the prior opinion, and substitute the following.

This case requires us to determine whether Defendant, Sagebrush Sales, Inc. (Sagebrush), was Plaintiff's (Rivera) employer for purposes of the Workers' Compensation Act (the Act).
