The primary issue in this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461, concerns when benefits accrued for the participants in a defined contribution plan. Each of the several parties appeals. Rexene Products Company, Rexene Corporation, and Rexene's Stock Bonus Plan challenge the adverse judgment totalling approximately $7.2 million. Leonard N.
