DUGGAN, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Rosemary Gonzales Covalt, guilty of the misdemeanor offense of perjury. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 37.02 (Vernon 1989). The trial court assessed her punishment at 180-days confinement, probated for one year, and a fine of $500. She does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence.
