Appellant/Cross-Appellee Raymond Joseph Tougas (Husband) and Appellee/Cross-Appellant Carol Tougas (Wife) appeal the family court's distribution of the couples' marital assets pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS) § 580-47 (Supp.1992). Husband contends that the family court erred: 1) in abiding by the California court's ruling, which Husband alleges was in direct conflict with the Hawai'i court...
