Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (Wolverine) appeals from the November 12, 1993 judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, No. 1:92:CV:886, granting summary judgment of non-infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,736,531 (the '531 patent) in favor of Nike, Inc. (Nike).
