Petitioner, Maggie Pendleton, was granted a decree signed by the court on September 11, 1990, dissolving her marriage to respondent, Lloyd Pendleton. However, she appeals from that portion of the decree which denied her request for a division of marital property accruing since an earlier decree of legal separation and denied her request for alimony. In addition, petitioner asks for attorney's fees in this action.
