WATKINS, Judge.

Defendant, Larry Matthews, a/k/a Larry Lewis, was charged by grand jury indictment with three counts of distribution of cocaine, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. He pled not guilty and, after a jury trial, was found guilty as charged. Defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 240 months (20 years) on each count, to be served concurrently, with credit for time served. Defendant appeals, urging 23 assignments of error.
