Appellant was tried by jury and convicted of Count I, Dealing in Cocaine, a Class A felony; Count II, Possession of Cocaine, a Class C felony; Count III, Resisting Law Enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and was found to be a habitual offender. The trial court found that Count II merged with Count I. The trial court sentenced appellant to thirty (30) years for Count I, and enhanced that sentence due to appellant's habitual offender status.
