This is an appeal from a trial court order granting appellee's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. A jury awarded appellant Bauldock $25,000 on a false arrest claim and $25,000 on an assault and battery claim. Several days later appellee Davco Food, Inc., moved for judgment n.o.v., and the trial court granted the motion. Because we conclude that the trial court was correct in holding that no reasonable jury could find for appellant...
