Petitioner Robin Riegel appeals the denial of her motion to modify child support. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

The record shows that Robin and the respondent, Jeffrey Riegel, were divorced in 1987. Pursuant to the dissolution order, Robin received custody of their two minor children, and Jeffrey was ordered to pay $200 every two weeks in child support. At that...
