The plaintiff, Ms. Lee Kopp, appeals the District Court's order granting summary judgment to the defendants, Dr. Saadi Albaghdadi and Samaritan Health System. Kopp contends that Albaghdadi's behavior towards her, coupled with the hospital's failure sufficiently to curtail his conduct, amounted to hostile-environment sexual harassment under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1).
