Defendant Milo G. Ayen appeals the denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence. He entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charge of manufacturing marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), reserving the right to appeal, under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2).
