Kenneth C. Lardinois (Husband) and Carlene Sue Lardinois (Wife) were parties in a dissolution of marriage proceeding. Wife filed a motion for attorneys' fees and child support pendente lite (PDL). On the day of the hearing, Husband filed a motion for legislative continuance; that motion was never heard.
