MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Douglas P. Gustafson was convicted of second-degree murder, AS 11.41.110(a)(2), and tampering with physical evidence, AS 11.56.610(a)(1), following a jury trial in the Anchorage superior court. Superior Court Judge Karl S. Johnstone sentenced Gustafson to 65 years' imprisonment for the murder and a concurrent 2 years for tampering with evidence. Gustafson appeals his murder conviction...
