We reversed appellant's conviction on November 5, 1992. King v. State, 843 S.W.2d 155 (Tex.App.-Houston [14th Dist.] 1992). The Court of Criminal Appeals granted the State's petition for discretionary review. The court vacated our judgment and remanded the cause for us to address the State's contention that we failed to directly address all the evidence pointed out by the State...
