Carl Fletcher, a Missouri inmate, appeals from the district court's1 order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant prison officials in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. Fletcher alleged defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious Achillestendon injury in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
