This appeal arises from a declaratory judgment action brought by plaintiff Associated Physicians Insurance Company against defendant Michelle R. Patterson and codefendants Dr. Obasi and Hedd Surgi-Center, Inc. in order to determine its insurance obligations to Dr. Obasi with respect to a claim asserted by defendant. The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant and codefendants...
